Reasoning- Input Output Machine

Tips To solve Input-Output Machine
  • Typically a complex set questions.
  • It is similar to sitting arrangement in the sense that 3-5 questions are asked in one case.
  • But attempting these set of questions is a task in itself. This topic is notorious for wasting time and having drastically low accuracy(less than 50%).
  • There is no way to ensure that the output you got and the steps in between are correct and in sync.
  • So out of 5 questions, you may get 1-3 correct.
  • Our recommendation would be to attempt it only after you have finished the entire paper and you still have time left.
  • Identify the pattern from the following:
    • Numeric numbers arranging in decreasing order in each step
    • Words arranging in alphabetic order from A-Z
    • Alpha numeric series:  In one step numbers are arranged in decreasing order and in other step words are arranged in alphabetic order from A-Z.
    • Numbers are arranged as odd and even numbers. Where odd numbers are arranged in decreasing order and even numbers are arranged in increasing order.
    • Words are arranged in alphabetic order in extreme left and numbers are arranged in decreasing order at extreme right in each step
    •  Words are arranged in alphabetic order than numbers are arranged in decreasing order.
